Project Mgmt. Office Analyst

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer or Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Management, Business Administration or a related field
  • Excellent oral communication skills in English
  • Excellent technical writing and documentation skills in English
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office (Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Demonstrable understanding of business process and change management
  • 2 years demonstrable experience in a Project Management role and/or demonstrated competency in a project-centric IT unit & role
  • 1 year demonstrable experience in a Software Application Delivery role and/or demonstrated competency in an application development and maintenance role is a plus
  • 1 year demonstrable experience in Tertiary Education or giving IT-related training to learners / professionals is a plus
  • Experience in using a Business Process Modeling (BPM) or Workflow Management Software is a plus

General Skills

  • Keen analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Good time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively
  • Self-starter with ability to perform and lead work independently
  • Flexibility is a must, as well as the ability to work in a collaborative team environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills in building partnerships with business and technical stakeholders as applicable
  • Interest in developing user documentation (ex: work instructions, user manuals, tech notes, release notes, etc.)
